PFERD offers fibre discs as well as non-woven and felt tools featuring a patented cooling and quick-clamping system, which allows for a very high stock removal rate and an ultra-fine polish finish. New versions have now been added to the range.

With its new products and innovations for 2020, PFERD is presenting two additional versions of its COMBICLICK fibre discs, as well as backing pads for tools with a diameter of 125 mm.

• Ceramic oxide grain CO-ALU version: for the highest stock removal rate when machining non-ferrous metals.
• VICTOGRAIN version: for extremely aggressive grinding on steel and hard materials.

Perfect results with a systematic approach

The patented cooling and quick-clamping system from PFERD consists of a specially developed backing pad and a rugged mounting system at the back of the tool. Thanks to the COMBICLICK system, the tools are very simple and convenient to handle and can be locked very quickly and securely. With its innovative cooling slots, the backing pad enables excellent cooling of both the tool and workpiece.
