Description

The set contains 10 grinding points with a 6 mm shank diameter in the most common shapes and dimensions.

Advantages

Cool grinding as the grain mix is easy to break down.
High stock removal rates and very good tool life.
Constant stock removal rates thanks to the self-sharpening qualities of the ceramic oxide grain.

Recommendations for use

TOUGH mounted points perform best at a cutting speed of 30 to 50 m/s.

Safety notes

The maximum permitted rotational speed relates to the unsupported shank length of 10 mm.

Materials that can be worked: Cobalt-based alloys; Hardened, heat-treated steels over 1.200 N/mm² (< 38 HRC); High-temperature-resistant materials; Nickel-based alloys (e.g. Inconell and Hastelloy); Titanium; Titanium alloys
